Lily doesn't wear much jewellery because it often gets in the way of the things she does that most people would consider childish. Not to mention she doesn't want to spend her money on something that will only get stolen anyways. The jewellery she does wear, however, consists of her grandmother Phelps' wedding ring (right hand ring finger), her gothic-style friendship ring (left hand, middle finger) which was a present from Kadee Vantriglio, her childhood (and one of only three) friend from France who was murdered by Death Eaters at 16, a gold loop watch that was a present from Brett for her 17th birthday and a silver heart-shaped locket necklace that her Uncle Kiah Phelps gave her for her fourth birthday. She hasn't taken it off in 21 years.

Lily also has a tattoo of the chinese symbols for Love, Happiness and Beauty (in that order) on her left shoulder going down in a single row one on top of the other.

Lily Phelps has many different sides to her personality. Normally she is a quiet, calm and fun loving person who has a passion for adventure and often a knack for getting into trouble. When she is angry, however, Lily can be violent and often hisses the reason behind getting nicknamed 'Kitten' by her Uncle. Lily is a loving and gentle person who will help others out and would protect those that she cares about with her life if needs be. Unfortunately Lily has a fear of rejection and being left without anyone and she often pushes people away for this reason. Her thoughts simply that if no-one gets close they cannot hurt her. Despite this she is close to members of her family and has a small selection of friends who have stuck by her no matter what. Lily is a strange person, she is well known for her jokes and mild pranks as well as her eagerness to learn about those things that interest her. She is a creative person who loves drawing and a lot of different art forms, her main passion being singing and playing her guitar and piano, she finds it as a great way to relieve stress.

Important Memories:
Lily showed her first sign of magic at the age of five. When Marcus went to hit her she blew up a vase in his face, this lead him to be in St Mungo's for a while as they mended his face where the glass had hit him. He cannot see out of his left eye due to this as the glass shard that landed their pierced the nerves in his eye. Besides that there was very few occasions that Lily showed magic before she attended Beauxbatons and then transferred to Hogwarts. Once she moved into her father's house Lily would often stay at her grandparents while her father was away on business and she would spend her days following her grandmother around a lot, helping her with the gardening and baking and other things that little girls at that age generally did with their grandmothers.

Due to her disrupted childhood Lily rebelled at a very young age, and did anything she could to irritate her mother during the time she spent in France. Although to her face she was a respectful child, behind her back she did whatever she pleased. Lily pushed expensive pots over and blamed it on her sister, and quite liked covering Faith in ink while she slept, though that was the main thing that destroyed the twins' relationship with each other. Naturally, her mother punished her, though nothing seemed to be working. She never yielded to her threats, or spankings, unless they came from her step-father. When she was 11 she received her letter to Beauxbatons Academy of Magic. After her first year she transferred to Hogwarts when she moved in with her father and would only visit her mother every six months or so, dispite the fact that Kira-Lee spent months at a time trying to get her daughter back under her thumb due to her hatred for Robert.

Life in Britain was not all sunshine and roses, however, while Lily got along well with Kiah, her father's younger twin brother, and even her father and his brothers there was one person who seemed to be out to make her life hell. Charlene Phelps, her father's youngest sibling and only sister, was more like Faith than most people actually realised. While she was only ten years older than Lily (and by comparison, Faith), she was a nasty, cruel person who wanted to make her family's life hell. Charlie, as she was called by all who valued their lives, had always been spoilt as a child. She was the youngest of the Phelps siblings and was use to getting her own way, if someone stood in the way of her getting this then she would removet them using any means possible. Charlie hated her siblings and their children and wasn't afraid to show it. Lily had taken Margaret's attention away from Charlie and now she would pay, at least that was what Charlie thought.

Two years after being in Britain, Lily's twin Faith moved into the country and things would continue to go pear-shaped from there. Faith began imitating Lily and spying on her for her mother's sake and, worst of all, Faith was the only person in the Phelps family that Charlie Phelps ever liked. This duo was a dangerous combination. Things at Hogwarts turned on end and Lily lost a lot of the friends that she had made due to Faith's antics, but Faith was having fun and Robert could not see exactly how evil his eldest daughter was. Kiah, realising what Faith and Charlie were up to, sided with Lily, if he could keep the sides even, at least for a while, then there would be someone to look out for his favourite neice. But, dispite what others think, Lily was far from innocent. She had decided that turning back to her rebelling ways was the best way to get what she wanted and keep herself safe, this would start a downward spiral that would take years to get away from.

Lily began dating on and off, loving the way that both her boyfriends and girlfriends would give attention solely to her, but all the while she had eyes for one Brett Clancy and was pondering the best way to bring up the possibility of a relationship while not ruining their friendship. Brett would prove to be the only person who could calm Lily down and keep her grounded, dispite her family troubles. During fifth year Brett and Lily began dating and, as most predicted, Lily calmed slightly. Unfortunately she had developed a habit of running away from her problems and would often disappear for weeks, even months, at a time should an argument arise. After lasting through an on again, off again relationship for almost a year Brett and Lily parted ways but not before the pair ended up kissing each other's enemy - Pansy Parkinson and Blaise Zabini. Remarkably they remained friends and during their seventh year the pair got back together only to part ways once they left school dispite the feelings for each other still being there.

Lily is close to pretty much all of her family on her father's side. The only people she doesn't get along with are Faith (her twin sister) and Charlie (her estranged aunt) as well as her mother's side of the family. The Phelps family has always taught their children, for generations, that family is the most important thing and should always come first and this is what Lily has learned her whole life, for this reason she always tries to be around her family and finds she loves it. Lily is closer to her Uncle Kiah, who people often consider to be her father more than Robert is.
