WARNING SYSTEM
Naturally when someone breaks the rules on the site there will be concequences. These are the consequences of your actions should you break any of the site rules. The warning bar mentioned is only used for breaking major rules and after the third offense for minor rules.
FIRST OFFENSE
When you first commit an offense on the site we will not be too hard on you (after all it could have been a mistake and we all make those) you will recieve a written caution via PM and your warning bar will be increased to 25%. As far as we are concerned this will be the end of discussion on that topic and you are free to go back to your RPing.
SECOND OFFENSE
If you commit a second offense, this is not as likely to be a mistake so we will come down a little harder. You will recieve a written caution via email and PM and your warning bar will, once again be increased by 25%, taking it up to 50%. If you have committed the same offense then you may be placed back onto a probationary period where administrators will be monitoring every post that you make.
THIRD OFFENSE
Your third offence will again insure some increasement in punishment. You will, as you did before, recieve a PM and Email caution as well as an increase in your warning bar but you will also have any site advertisements removed (and you will not be allowed to repost it for a week) and you will be banned from the site for a day. When you return you will be on a probabtionary period.
FOURTH OFFENSE
Your fourth offense will again insure some increasement in punishment. You will, as you did before, recieve a PM and Email caution as well as an increase in your warning bar but you will also be banned from the site for a week. You will be emailed when you can return to the site and will be on a probationary period for a week. Every post you make will be monitored. You are not allowed to post any advertisements on the site.
FIFTH OFFENSE
We have been lenient up to this point, if you get a fifth warning you will be email and banned from the site for good. That is it there will be no returning. You have had four chances to improve yourself and have not done so, we will not tolerate it.
