These are the ways that you can earn and lose house points on the site. Please make sure you read it thoroughly. For some of the ways we need you to report what you are doing so head on over to the claims board to help us out and we'll get onto it as soon as possible.
+ indicates how you can earn the number of points the task is listed under.
- indicates how you lose the number of points the infraction is listed under.
ONE (1) POINT:
+ Posting a quality post over 400 words. This is the count without codes, pictures, etc.
+ Advertising on TEN (10) or more sites earns you an extra point for each site 10 or more.
+ Being the first person to start a thread for a new member (the member must actually post in the thread)

FIVE (5) POINTS:
+ Posting a quality post over 800 words. This is the count without codes, pictures, etc.
+ Advertising the site for the first time. You must provide links. See above for additional points
+ Coming fourth or fifth in the top posters ranking each month.
+ Making a useable suggestion. Points will be awarded if we use the idea.
+ Admins may award points for good on site etiquette at any time.

+ Referring a new member to the site and having them mention you in their application under "how you found the site".
+ Coming third in the top posters ranking each month.
+ Creating a character from a minority member group (a group that is needed on the site).

FIFTEEN (15) POINTS:
+ Posting a quality post over 1500 words. This is the count without codes, pictures, etc.
+ Coming second in the top posters ranking each month.
+ Creating a high quality application.
- Being rude or disrespectful to other members/staff.

TWENTY (20) POINTS:
+ Posting a quality post over 2000 words. This is the count without codes, pictures, etc.
+ Coming first in the top posters ranking each month.
+ Creating a truly exceptional application.

CLASSES & IN CHARACTER POINTS:
+/- Professor characters can award and remove house points in character and apply to have them added/removed. You are not permitted to add or remove anything over 30 house points.
+ 30 Points will be awarded for achieving an O (Outstanding) Grade in your examinations.
+ 20 Points will be awarded for achieving an E (Exceeds Expectations) Grade in your examinations.
+ 10 Points will be awarded for achieving an A (Average) Grade in your examinations.
- 10 Points will be removed for achieving a P (Poor) Grade in your examinations.
- 20 Points will be removed for achieving a D (Dreadful) Grade in your examinations.
- 30 Points will be removed for achieving a T (Troll) Grade in your examinations.
