This thread is rather simple and extremely optional. Basically
you can use it to record what classes your character is signed up
for so that you know which class thread you need to reply in each time
it is posted (remember you only have to reply in one class thread at
a time but you are welcome to reply in more). Simply copy the form and
fill it out, posting it in a reply. You can list all your characters in
the same reply if you wish to.
